Description

This home started with good bones but needed a reset. Over time, it had lost its flow and warmth. Our work focused on bringing that back—creating outdoor spaces to enjoy, a garage that serves more than one purpose, and an open living area filled with light and texture.

Concept & Goals

The project took shape in three stages, each one designed to make the home feel more connected and intentional.

Front Yard and Facade  
We wanted to turn an overgrown, unused yard into a place that felt calm and inviting.
Garage
What had become a storage catch-all is now a clean, flexible space that supports daily life—part laundry, part guest zone, part hangout.
Interior Living
Space  Inside, the goal was openness. By removing dividing walls, we created a kitchen, dining, and living area that flow naturally together.

Design & Process

Every phase of this renovation focused on function, balance, and warmth.

 The front yard was completely reimagined with new greenery, natural materials, and a custom-built deck that adds rhythm and texture. Fresh paint and new gutters helped bring the exterior back to life. 

Inside the garage, we upgraded all systems—electrical, plumbing, finishes—so the space feels new again. It’s simple, adaptable, and built to last.

The kitchen became the heart of the home. Soft sage cabinetry, brass details, and a brick-toned backsplash add personality without overpowering the space. The palette feels grounded and lived-in, blending color and light in an easy way.

Challenges & Improvements

Before the remodel, the home was closed off and uneven. There wasn’t a good place to gather or relax, and much of the space wasn’t being used to its full potential.

Now, every part of the property feels considered. The exterior welcomes you in. The garage supports daily routines. The kitchen and living areas bring everyone together.
