RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION

Description

For this renovation project, the homeowners wanted to refresh their kitchen, dining, and living areas to create a more open and inviting space. Their vision was to enhance the social area by connecting the common areas to the backyard with a French door, allowing a better indoor-outdoor flow.

They also had a strong desire to repurpose original elements, such as beautiful stained-glass doors, a wardrobe, and a chandelier, to preserve the character and history of their home.

Inspired by Elegance & Found Treasures

Blending refined tastes with natural elements, this design captures the essence of Southern California’s coast and the rustic charm of the French countryside.

  1. HARMONIOUS CONTRAST
Clean white lines meet earthy tones and warm, rough-sawn wood.

  2. TIMELESS ELEMENTS
Swooping archways, heirloom pieces, and cascading light create a story.

  3. WARMTH & TEXTURE
A cozy, inviting space infused with warmth, texture, and glass.

Before

This family home had 20+ years of DIY fixes and deferred issues to address
—our pleasure to bring their vision to life with professional results.

After

We expanded the kitchen and dining areas, adding light and function, while repurposing
the stained-glass doors into a charming archway that blends old and new.

From vision to reality.
